What is the cost of shipping, and when will I receive my order?

Do you provide tracking?

Yes of course! Your tracking number will be sent to your email automatically  once your order has been shipped.

If you received a shipment notification email please allow 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 6 business days, please contact our support team on our Contact Us page or directly at support@modestfinest.com or reply to the order confirmation email.  We will be able to assist you further.

Where do you ship from? Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide to almost every country.

We have multiple warehouses based in both the United States, Canada and China. In some cases, orders with multiple products may arrive separately, depending on the location of fulfillment and the size of the items.

Do you have a refund policy ?

Yes! We are so confident you will love our products that we have a 30-day return policy. If you don't like our products within 30 days, please email us with your reason for returning them and we'll get the process started.
